Program Fidelity in New York State

button2_espanolCommunity-based criminal justice programs are an integral part of the criminal justice system in New York State. The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) has implemented a fidelity and technical assistance system to monitor and improve the quality of service delivery provided by funded programs based on the Correctional Program Checklist (CPC) developed by the University of Cincinnati.

The fidelity reviews will confirm the extent to which programs are operating in ways that are consistent with the CPC.
